How do i get a cop of childhood vaccinations for dental assisting? any take the class? tell me about it....thx

Your high school will have a record of all of your vaccinations. Go there and ask for a copy. School is the most likely place to retrieve them with any accuracy. Your doctor and other medical places may or may not have all of the required inoculations recorded, if they didn't give them to you. With school, you have to have them all recorded in your records or you can't start school. It's as simple as that.

your mom should have a copy, your doctor or the clinic you were given the shots
Reply:Get in touch with the medical office that gave you your vaccinations. Ask your mom if she has a record.
Reply:Your medical doctor should have your innoculation history...and your parents should, too.... and your high school also would have a record....
